Shanghai Naisu Bearing Manufacturing Co.,Ltd（NAISU）provides micro motor bearings both in metric and inch series with the inner diameter between 1 and 20mm, and outside diameter less than 60mm. These bearings are manufactured to reach the accuracy level of ABEC1 ABEC3 ABEC5 or ABEC7.

NAISU micro motor bearings are characterized by low noise and low vibration (EMQ2 (ZV3) standard). Custom bearings of radial clearances as per customers are available, wherein, cn clearance is prefered by most customers, followed by c3 clearance.

Micro motor bearings, in most case, are made of Gcr15 bearing steel, and shall run through rigorous testing procedures before delivered to customers. These deep groove radial ball bearings are designed to withstand heavy loads in both directions, i.e. radial load and axial load.

Imported oil lubricant is usually adopted for such bearings to realize low noise. NAISU bearings are generally applied with Japan MULTEMP SRL grease that features high noise-reduction performance. Metal shield or seal ring can be applied to bearings for miniature motors.
